One Response is built for a job where seeking help can feel career-risky. Our privacy design reflects that.
What we never collect
- No accounts, names, or sign-ins for searching.
- No health information — we don't ask, and we don't store any.
- Your location, if you share it, is used for that search only and is never stored on our servers.
- Which providers you view or call is never sent to any advertising platform.
What we collect
- Anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (page views, referrers, device type) via Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and cannot identify you.
- Basic site-traffic measurement via Google Analytics with advertising features and ad personalization disabled. Crisis support pages are excluded from Google Analytics entirely.
